The most beautiful beaches of Northern Sicily

Here’s a quick guide to these several beaches North of Sicily, that we were able to visit: If you are looking for accommodation in Sicily we used with the booking.com, you can find there a lot of good deals and promotions, especially out of season.

The apartment we had rent in Paseco near Trapani, so the first steps we headed to the Zingaro. If you do not have to be able to navigate it you’re going to San Vito Lo Capo, and there will be signs pointing to the reserve. It includes a huge, very scenic country side.

If you want to visit it in its entirety to get ready for a long walk. Worth it to stock up on water, something on the head and shoes. For this I recommend removal of hardware diving ABC (mask, pipe, fins). There are several marked hiking trails from 3 km to 19 km.
After paying the entry (4 euros per person, children for free) after about 10 minutes of walking, we come to the first Beach Cala Tonnarella dell’Uzzo. We were in November, and there were quite a few people but further beaches already far more empty.

Zingaro Beach

Such beaches there are several, we visited yet Inches Marinella, more intimate, hidden among the rocks.

On the other side of the reserve is the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca (will take you to Scopello, and signs).
Beautifully situated, available for free, surrounded by high cliffs of the blue water. A big plus is the ability to ride on the beach by car.

Cala Beach

Along the way to Cala Mazzo di Sciacca pass yet Tonnara di Scopello, it is a private beach is located in the former factory of tuna.
We’re not we used, we were already hungry after an earlier life. The place is beautiful, even seen from the cliffs above the Bay and well worth the entry pay 4 euros per person.

The beach of San Vito Lo Capo.
Big Sandy in the Center, on a pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Palm trees create a cool atmosphere, but this is not my climate a little reminiscent of our sea. In the high season is quite crowded.

The beach at Trapani.
Similar to San Vito Lo Capo, Sandy, wide, long.
